NIUVT Excellence Program – The NIUVT Excellence Fellowship is available to outstanding young scholars who are interested in pursuing graduate studies in fields related to undersea technologies and naval sciences. This fellowship allows students to earn up to $20,000 in addition to their stipend, which can be used to support recruitment efforts and attract the most promising students to the program. By attracting top talent to the program, the NIUVT Excellence Fellowship will help grow the talent pool for the highest-level technical positions in the naval ecosystem. In addition, universities can also influence the decision-making of graduates by directly offering job-seeking services in programs to maintain graduates in the university region, which will further strengthen the regional naval ecosystem and contribute to the growth of the undersea warfare program. This program will start in the Fall Semester 2025.
