The ANCHOR Strategic Summit is a 3-day conference that is hosted by the Hilton in Mystic, Connecticut. This conference brings together invited leaders from academia, industry, and government to share knowledge, highlight best practices, and exchange lessons learned in building the maritime workforce. Participants will explore effective models from ANCHOR and partner initiatives, discuss strategies for collaboration and braided funding, and identify scalable approaches that strengthen the national maritime talent pipeline. The goal is to capture insights, align efforts, and shape actionable recommendations that enhance future Maritime Industrial Base investments and partnerships.
