New for 2026, Build Your bearing is a week-long pre-high school summer program where students use hands-on learning to explore how naval structures are designed, built, and maintained. Through hands-on activities including structural blueprinting, circuitry, seal and valve systems, students will learn how engineering and skilled trades all function together to solve real world problems.
